Pre-6, Lucian + Nami win most 2v2 exchanges because Lucian's passive-empowered double shots combined with Nami's E empowerment create burst windows that outpace your slowed, kite-dependent trading pattern — you lack the burst to punish back effectively before level 6.
Post-6, your R fundamentally shifts the lane: a successful R on either target opens a free extended fight where your W slows and Seraphine's CC chain let you kite them to death.

Your best trading pattern is to use W to poke from max range while Seraphine's E slow keeps enemies in your Q stacks, then commit to a full fight only when Nami's E is on cooldown or her W is burned on healing.
Never initiate a trade without Q stacks built — trading without the attack speed and damage amplification from Q is how you lose fights to Lucian's burst.

You want a slow push into a freeze near your tower when behind, denying Lucian his aggressive positioning; when even or ahead, push the wave fast with W spam to force Nami to heal under pressure and deny her roam windows.
Avoid hard shoving without vision because Lucian can all-in you when the wave is crashing and Seraphine's cooldowns are down.

Do not stand at a range where Lucian can proc his passive twice in a single trade — his double-shot passive combined with Nami's E means he deals disproportionate damage in short windows, and your lack of a dash makes repositioning after a bad trade very punishing.
Respect his all-in threat especially when Nami has R available, as the knockup into Lucian burst can delete you before Seraphine can respond.
