Who Wins

You have range advantage pre-6 and can control trades with W, but post-6 Vayne's R makes her extremely dangerous in extended fights.
Your team wins through superior poke and pick potential, but loses if Vayne gets on top of you.

Use W to slow Vayne when she tries to trade, allowing Nidalee to land easier Q poke, then kite back with your superior range.
Focus on short trades and never let Vayne proc her W three times on you.

Maintain slow pushes to build up minion advantages for trades, but avoid hard shoving without vision as Janna can set up easy ganks.
Use your range to last-hit safely while Nidalee provides poke pressure.
