Who Wins
- You win pre-6 trades through superior range and Q last-hit sustain, but Naafiri can all-in you if you waste your stun or get caught without flash.
- Post-6 you have kill pressure with R+W+Q burst, but Naafiri's R gives her mobility to dodge your combo or chase you down if you miss.
How to Trade
- Your optimal trading is Q poke when Naafiri goes for CS, then immediately back off before she can engage with E.
- If she commits with E, use your stun (4th spell) into W+Q combo, but save flash for her R engage since she can gap close through your stun.
Wave Control
- Push early levels with W to establish range advantage and prevent Naafiri from freely farming, but maintain stun stacks for safety.
- After level 6, keep waves closer to your tower since Naafiri's R makes her extremely dangerous in extended trades in the middle of the lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't waste your stun on minions or miss your stun timing when Naafiri engages with E.
- Never face-check bushes or walk up without vision since Naafiri can instantly delete you with E+R combo if you're caught without defensive cooldowns.
