LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Scuttle Contest
- At level 3, you win the scuttle fight if you land your E dash aggressively to close the gap and chain Q procs, as your burst combo outdamages Kayn's early kit which has no reliable disengage or sustain yet.
- From level 6, you win 1v1 decisively if you engage before Kayn completes his transformation, since pre-transform Kayn has weak dueling and your R gives you a second engage window to finish him if he tries to disengage.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Kayn will almost certainly start Red Buff side and path toward the enemy mid or bot side to collect form stacks by hitting melee champions, prioritizing a full clear to reach level 6 and transform as fast as possible.
- Expect him to avoid direct confrontation early and instead look for gank angles on squishy laners rather than contesting you.
Invade or Not
- You should invade Kayn at his second buff camp (around 3:15–3:30) when you know his starting side, as he has no strong duel at that stage and you can force a fight or burn his Smite.
- If he starts Blue side, invade his Red at that timing; if he starts Red, mirror-invade his Blue after clearing your first two camps.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not let Kayn reach Rhaast form without punishing him, because Rhaast's W sustain and tankiness during extended fights directly counters your all-in pattern by healing through your damage.
- Avoid engaging a fully transformed Rhaast in a prolonged fight without a lead, as his W will outheal your damage if you don't burst him quickly.
