Who Wins
- You lose levels 1-3 as his Q poke chunks you and you lack the damage to punish him effectively without items and levels.
- You win from level 4 to his level 13 (or his three items) by using dash mobility to avoid Q sweet spots and trading during his cooldowns, but he outscales you in 1v1s after that with his teamfight utility.
How to Trade
- Use Q1 dash when he uses Q1 for minions - if you engage, expect his Q2+E backward spacing, so save your remaining dashes to dodge or disengage safely.
- When he wastes abilities or is on cooldown, commit with full energy combo - his longer early cooldowns create windows where you can trade freely and dash out before his next rotation.
Wave Control
- Let the wave push towards you early and focus on last-hitting safely until level 4 - avoid fighting in his minion wave or when he has Q advantage.
- Post-4, look to setup slow pushes when he uses abilities on wave, then create roam timings or help jungler with skirmishes using your superior mobility and dive potential with W shield.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Never get hit by multiple Q sweet spots in one trade - use your dashes to dodge Q2 when he spaces backward with E, and respect his Q3 cooldown refund.
- Don't waste all dashes aggressively without escape plan, especially post-6 when his R enhances healing and damage (no revive) - one bad dash sequence leaves you vulnerable to his full combo.
