- You lose scuttle fights at level 3 due to Amumu's superior damage output and Q engage range advantage.
- From level 6, you can only win 1v1s if you land W-Q combo first and Amumu misses his Q, as his R will lock you down for guaranteed death otherwise.
Predicted Jungle Path
- Amumu will likely start bot side for leash, clear towards top, then look for level 6 ganks on overextended lanes.
- He prioritizes farming to 6 over early skirmishes, so expect him to avoid you until his power spike.
Invade or Not
- Invade at his second buff around 3:15-3:30 when he's low on health and mana from clearing.
- Target his blue buff side as he'll be most vulnerable there, but only if you have lane priority from mid or the nearby lane.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't try to out-farm Amumu or match his clear speed - you'll fall behind and become useless.
- Avoid fighting him in jungle choke points where his Q becomes easier to land and escape routes are limited.
