Who Wins
- Pre-6 you lose poke wars due to Corki's range advantage and Soraka's sustain, but post-6 you win hard engages if you can land W-Q combo on either target.
- Your engage potential becomes much stronger with R's damage reduction against their poke-heavy composition.
Synergy & Trading
- Look for W-Q combos when Corki uses W aggressively or steps up for CS, then let Kai'Sa follow up with her full combo.
- Focus Soraka first in trades since she's immobile and removing her sustain wins the lane.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Roam after shoving waves when Corki backs or when he's low on mana from waveclear.
- Mid-game roams to mid/jungle are very effective since Corki can't match your engage potential in skirmishes.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't engage when Soraka has E available to silence your combo or when Corki has W up to dash away from your engage.
- Avoid taking too much poke damage before engaging, as Corki's sustained damage can kill you during your combo.
