Who Wins
- You win pre-6 trades through superior range and Q poke, but Yasuo's windwall blocks your Q and passive shots making extended trades difficult.
- Post-6 you have kill pressure with R if Yasuo is low, but his mobility with E through minions makes him hard to pin down for the full channel.
How to Trade
- Your best trading pattern is Q poke when Yasuo uses E on minions, then immediately back off before he can gap close with another E.
- If he commits with tornado, use E to reposition and continue auto-attacking while kiting backwards with your range advantage.
Wave Control
- Push early levels to deny Yasuo minions for E mobility, but be ready to thin the wave if he starts freezing since you're vulnerable to ganks when overextended.
- After 6, maintain minion control to limit his E dashes while keeping the wave in positions where you can R safely.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Don't use E aggressively for trades early since Yasuo can punish your long cooldown with his superior mobility through minions.
- Avoid channeling R when Yasuo has minions nearby for E dashes, as he can easily interrupt or dodge the execution.
