- You win levels 1-3 with superior range and Q poke damage, but lose at level 6 when Ekko gains his ultimate escape and all-in potential.
- His R makes him nearly ungankable while your charm becomes less reliable for picks.
How to Trade
- You should poke with Q through minions when Ekko goes for CS, then immediately back off to avoid his E-Q combo.
- Never trade auto attacks or extended fights - hit your abilities and create distance immediately.
Wave Control
- You want to push early levels to establish lane priority, then maintain a slow push or neutral wave state.
- Avoid hard shoving after level 6 unless you have vision, as Ekko can easily set up ganks with his W stun.
